If you have never registered your Kroger loyalty card with Kroger.com here is a little tutorial on how to receive a username and password.
If you do not have a way to log into Kroger.com and have a loyalty card. You can call 1-800-KROGERS option 4 and ask them to enroll by name (20/20 Memphis) or number (21591) as your community rewards organization.
